This is where your journey begins, no matter where you decide you would like to end up, so that you feel prepared to move forward with a strong foundation in the roots of the discipline of yoga. You’ll be exposed to the Socratic method of discussion as we bring curiosity and innovative learning methods to the following topics: alignment, anatomy, authenticity, classifications of poses, ethics, history, mythology, nutrition, philosophy, Sanskrit, subtle anatomy, and more. In the end, you’ll end up creating your own class and presenting it as your final offering to your peers in the program.
